Main Functions

• Diverse Integration Options: Moconavi allows secure usage of email, schedules, contacts (business card management), phone calls, CRM/SFA, file storage, and various web applications through integration with cloud services and on-premises systems.
• Unique Standalone Features: Moconavi includes its own hierarchical display telephone directory and business chat features that do not require external integrations.
• File Viewing: The application utilizes a proprietary document viewer to convert Office files to PDF format, mitigating harmful content and reducing display errors. It can also unlock and display password-protected files, including Zip, 7-Zip, and Office documents with direct password protection.
• Incoming Call Display: Even if a contact is not registered in the local device's address book, Moconavi allows visibility of the originating caller through its internal phonebook service. Names and company information displayed do not get stored in the device’s call history.
• Secure Browser: Support is provided for a variety of web applications with single sign-on capabilities at login, in addition to compatibility with parent-child WindowOpen relationships.

Core Functions

• Whitelist & Blacklist: This feature assesses the installation status of specific applications on the device and restricts Moconavi usage accordingly. Upon logging in, the server sends the whitelist and blacklist, which are then compared to the list of installed applications on the device. Users are logged out if a blacklisted application is detected or if a whitelisted application is not installed.
• Block Unknown Numbers: Incoming calls from numbers not registered in the application’s address book can be blocked using this function.
